Faith Sees. Reason Holds.
Saint John Paul II wrote that faith and reason are like two wings on which the human spirit rises to the truth. The outlined wing is faith, open to what we cannot see. The solid wing is reason, built to hold weight. Together they form a heart, with Christ, the light, at the centre.
